Adults can reach 6-9" (15 to 23 cm) in size.

Diet

High in fiber, rich in calcium, and low in protein. Weeds, broadleaf greens, flowers, optunia cactus and optunia fruit. Organic store-bought greens and Mazuri on occasion. No fruit - too high in sugars.

Description

Their coloring exhibits a variety of browns, tans, grays, and black. Skin color is dark, similar to the Asia Minor tortoise. The carapace possesses a noticeable arch.
